Piezo quartz sensors are used to measure the crimp force in the production process of crimp connections. These sensors are available in different versions and can either be installed in the crimping press or attached to the press frame.

The piezo force sensor FTW255 can be mounted in the crimping press and is perfect for large forces up to 25 kN.
