The two different zoom optics of the dual optics station OP 4003-pc offer great flexibility in terms of the cable cross-sections that can be examined. Thanks to the different measuring ranges of the microscopes, very small crimps as well as large objects up to 70mm can be inspected.
The optics station is mounted on a stainless steel coated MDF board and is supplied including the innovative and user-friendly evaluation software X-Scan, with which the micrograph can be analysed and measured, evaluated and documented according to relevant standards or specified customer requirements.
As an option, the dual optics station can also be equipped as OP 4003-pc with an integrated mini PC including monitor, keyboard and mouse.
