Light barriers with constant light amplifier (GLV) work with a uniform light beam, making them ideal for detecting small parts and very fast moving parts. The GLV 2.2 plug is equipped with two connections for forked photoelectric sensors with larger fork width.
Blow-off fork light barriers have a compressed air connection, with which the diode is cleaned. This significantly increases reliability and lifetime. Blow-off fork light barriers are therefore also well suited for use in environments with increased pollution levels.
