Light barriers with alternating light operation (WLS) use pulsed light and are therefore better suited for environments with ambient light influences. To operate the WLS an alternating light amplifier GSV 3 is necessary. The light barrier WLS 02 is equipped with two connections for fork light barriers with larger dimensions (fork width).
C-tec forked photoelectric switches (GS) operate according to the transmitted light method in the visible and infrared range. Transmitter and receiver are located opposite each other in a common housing with fixed assignment to the optical axis. The sensitivity of the transmitter and receiver elements is optimally matched to each other.
